At Gerlan Consulting, we ensure that any systems we put in place are legislatively compliant and relevant to the business needs. This can include document writing (e.g. employment policies, holiday and other absence management systems), assisting with investigatory, disciplinary and appeal meetings, contracts, handbooks and various administration templates.
When using this service, you set the amount of time you require each month from our consultant and we agree a fixed cost. If you do not use your entitlement in a specific month, we can either reduce your bill or accumulate hours for following months.
